Stephen Saint-Leger is Managing Director of the JIMCO Strategic Asset Fund and a member of the Executive Committee of JIMCO, the global investment arm of the Jameel Family.

Stephen D. Saint-Leger is Managing Director of the JIMCO Strategic Asset Fund and a member of the Executive Committee of JIMCO – the global investment arm of the Jameel Family.

An investment professional with over 4 decades of experience in the industry, Stephen is responsible for asset allocation recommendations for all investments made by the firm in its global multi-asset class investment portfolio.

Prior to joining the company in 2017, he was Managing Director in Cambridge Associates’ London office from 2003. In this position, he worked with institutional clients across Europe and the Middle East and was a member of the Cambridge Associates Central Investment Strategy Research Team; responsible for evaluating markets and formulating the asset allocation recommendations to the firm’s clients.

Between 1998 and 2003, he was at Riyadh Bank, where he was Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Department responsible for a multi-billion dollar multi-asset class international portfolio.

Earlier in his career, he was Head of Investments at the London branch of Banca della Svizerra Italiana; between 1994 and 1998 and Director and Co-Head of Bond and Currency Team at Guinness Flight between 1988 and 1990.

Prior to that, at the beginning of his career he held positions at Guinness Mahon & Co. and at Morgan Grenfell in portfolio management and trading.

He was awarded a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
