Sidhesh Kaul is Chief Executive Officer, JIMCO, the global investment arm of the Jameel Family.

Sidhesh has over 30 years of experience in designing, running and managing investment programs and activities for family-owned businesses in a multi-sector, multi-geographic, multi-currency and multi-format (direct, private equity and venture) settings.

With finance and legal experience across multiple markets around the world, Mr. Kaul was previously Vice President of Finance and Legal for Abdul Latif Jameel, an international, family-owned and diversified business, founded in 1945 by the late Mr. Abdul Latif Jameel, for over 17 years.

Mr. Kaul started his career at a leading global banking group, and over the last three decades has held several senior positions with multinational, highly diversified conglomerates. Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel, he spent more than a decade with another family-owned, diversified company.

Sidhesh sits on a number of boards across the Abdul Latif Jameel businesses including, most prominently: Abdul Latif Jameel Finance, Abdul Latif Jameel Energy’s FRV and Almar Water Solutions, and was previously a board member at RIVIAN.

Mr. Kaul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management focusing on Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management.

He was also awarded a Bachelor of Law from The University of Mumbai, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Sidhesh is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Kashmiri and Bahasa Malay/Indonesia.
